Questions people ask
Does a friend's second order count?▾
No — a stamp is for bringing someone new. Only a friend's very first order with us earns one. After that they're a regular, and they can start their own streak.
When exactly do I get the stamp?▾
When their order is paid — online, or in cash at pickup. Until then it shows as pending. If their order is cancelled before it's paid, the stamp doesn't land.
Can I use my own link?▾
Nice try. Your own orders don't stamp your own card, and neither do orders from someone who's already bought from us. The order still goes through — it just doesn't earn.
What if I cancel an order that used my free meal?▾
The free meal goes straight back on your card. Nothing lost.
How do I check my stamps?▾
Your card shows on the confirmation page every time you order, and in the receipt email. Or just ask us on WhatsApp — we can see it too.
Is there a catch?▾
Only that Roti Day is preorder-only and batches are limited, same as always. We may tweak the rules as your streak grows — if we do, stamps you've already earned stay earned.
